| Abstract: | Este trabalho teve como propósito compreender a(s)formação(ões) identitária(s) das mulheres que sobrevivem daprostituição, objetivando verificar a dicotomia identitária o anjo bom e o anjo mau e de que forma concorreria para a formação do processo político organizativo dessas mulheres.A efetivação do estudo tomou como parâmetro a definição de identidade social, concebida a partir de um processo dinâmico em que o sujeito se conhece e é reconhecido socialmente. Dessa forma, as atividades estruturantes dos agentes na elaboração e produção das representações e identidades demonstram que os indivíduos pensam e representam omundo mediante referências gestadas no social. Na busca de compreender das significações sociais, que compõem essaconstrução identitária, aportamo-nos nos estudos acerca do campo representacional como forma de adentrarmos nesse dúbio mundo vivido pelas mulheres prostitutas, como anjosbons e anjos maus. Delimitamos como unidade de análise as prostitutas inseridas no foco prostitucional da Rio Branco, área situada na parte histórica da cidade do Recife, comolocus privilegiado, histórico e socialmente reconhecido da prostituição
The purpose of this work was to understand the formation of women who make a living with prostitution, looking to see if the dichotomy identity good spirit and the evil spirit would affect the formation of these women s organisational political process. The study was made using the parameter defining the social identity originating from a dynamic process where the subjects involved knew each other and were sociallyrecognised. In this way the structural activities in the elaboration and production of these representations and identities would show what the they think of and how they represent the world according to the references created within social contact. In the search and comprehension of social meanings which form this identity, a focus was made around the representative fiel as a catalyst to reach this dual world experienced by the prostitute women while playing the good and evil spirit roles. Analysis was limited to the prostitutes at Rio Branco, red light area . Located in the Old Town of city of Recife, historically and socially known for prostitution |
